AAAS Martin and Rose Wachtel Award Lecture 2021

The AAAS Martin and Rose Wachtel Cancer Research Award is an annual award, funded by an endowment established through a generous bequest from Martin L. Wachtel, which honors early-career investigators who have performed outstanding work in the field of cancer research.

This year's winner is Triparna Sen, Assistant Attending, Department of Medicine at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Dr. Sen will deliver her lecture titled "Understanding and targeting small cell lung cancer" virtually via Webex hosted by the National Cancer Institute/National Institutes of Health on August 6, 2021 from 12:00pm - 1:00pm (EDT). The award-winner's essay will be published in Science Translational Medicine the week of the award ceremony.
